Toffee Bark

Terms and Conditions

By confirming an order with Embellished Food Art you accept our Terms and Conditions.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your collection date, with payment of the balance required one week prior to completion. Account details will be provided for payment by bank transfer. Once the creation of your products has commenced, all payments become non-refundable and non-transferable. Any changes required within one week of the completion date may incur additional charges.

All products will be photographed by Embellished Food Art. The images are the property of Embellished Food Art and may be used for promotional purposes.

Instructions for transporting your creation will be provided prior to collection. Embellished Food Art accepts no responsibility or liability once you have collected your products. We will always endeavour to assist with any mishaps but additional charges may apply. We do not allow our cakes to be delivered by courier, however personal delivery in the greater Wellington region may be available at additional cost.
